My name is Noémie Migliore, a crisp 30 years young, Swiss, with Sicilian roots. I grew up in Baar, I am married and multiple dog mom.
I've been working in gastronomy almost continuously since my apprenticeship in 2007 in the Fontana restaurant in Baar (it doesn't exist like that anymore). In between, I was always allowed to cook in exciting places; From the staff canteen to the butcher's to the gourmet shop, I've been to a total of over 85 different kitchens and have gained experience from everywhere.
In 2019 I became self-employed with my company 'Minode - Migliore Noémie' as a private chef, caterer and hired chef for professional catering companie.
Now I'm looking forward to the trip in the 'Unico', together with my team to comfort you personally with a lot of commitment.
