Our background: Between 2006 and 2018 we worked as newcomers in Ticino as winemakers, where we cultivated about 3 ha of vines. In addition to the work in the vinyards and the cellar, we catered over 100 groups (motto "food at the winemaker"). From simple dishes to 5-course gourmet menus, there was almost everything.
Thats how we discovered our passion for cooking and caring for guests. We do not want to miss that after our return to the canton of Zug.
