Every evening there is a 4-course menu (priced between CHF 69.00 and 79.00, depending on the type of meat). We cook and serve what we like to eat ourselves. With fresh ingredients, preferably of regional origin, always seasonal. We use almost only meat from Switzerland and fish with the MSC label, from breeding or even better: from Lake of Zug.
Vegetarians get all courses without fish and meat!
We would call our style of cooking a "modern kitchen" with an "international touch". A sample of a menu can be found here (German only).
From time to time we cook according to regions: Asian, Indian, American, European... In our newsletter, on Facebook, Instagram and our website we announce that in advance.
